Our Approach to TS 16949 Quality Management
Systems (QMS):
We have audited over 300
companies and have seen many different approaches to obtain
registration. During this time we collected "best practices" and
developed our methods.
- First we determine
what makes a company profitable,
and leave those practices alone;
- We identify what processes are not
documented, that the TS16949 quality management
system (QMS) requires;
- We define a quality management system
(QMS) that merges the company's way of doing
business with the requirements of TS16949;
- Finally, we audit to TS16949 quality
management system (QMS) to assure everyone that the system is in place,
fully implemented and
generating profit.
