Systems (ISO 14001/EMS)
We have
audited over 300
companies and have seen many different approaches to obtain
registration. During our visits we have collected "best practices" and
developed the following methods.
- First
we identify a
clients sucessful and profitable
practices and leave those practices alone;
- We
identify
what processes are not documented, and that ISO 14001 requires;
- We help
define
an environmental management system (EMS) that combines the company's
way of doing
business with the requirements of ISO 14001;
- Finally,
we audit the environmental
management system (EMS) to
assure everyone that the system is in place and working.
